 Aba Heiman has been litigating on behalf of disabled workers since 1987. He handles disability income claims and insurance litigation in state courts and Long Term Disability claims and litigation in federal courts (ERISA), as well as Social Security Disability cases at all administrative and federal court levels.
Before coming to Fusco, Brandenstein & Rada, P.C., Mr. Heiman served for 13 years as a claims representative for the Social Security Administration.
He has served as a member of a Federal Panel at the U.S.Department of Health and Human Services. In addition, he is a prolific writer and has had several of his articles published, including:

Aba earned his law degree from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 1987, his master's degree at Hofstra University in 1974 and his bachelor's degree at CUNY's Lehman College in 1971. A member of several professional associations - including the New York State Bar Association - he is frequently called upon to make presentations to local organizations and bar groups on issues relating to disability insurance claims.
