Bari Lewis is a multi-faceted litigator who is involved in all areas of our firm's practice, including:

Bari earned her law degree at the University of North Carolina in 1986, and was a legal intern for North Carolina State Senator Marshall Rausch. She graduated cum laude from SUNY at Binghamton in 1983.
She is an accomplished advocate with an extensive background in civil and criminal law. In the 1980s, Bari was associated with the law firm representing the Dutchess County Sheriff Department's union in the famed Tawana Brawley case. (Bari successfully argued against the State Attorney General's attempt to subpoena the personal data of all county sheriffs.)
Since joining Fusco, Brandenstein & Rada, P.C. more than a decade ago, she has handled virtually every type of case that has come through our doors.
