 Erin McCabe is a consummate team player who understands the value of assembling the right team of professionals and staff to assist you with your case.
Erin started with our firm as a clerical while still attending college. She graduated cum laude from SUNY at Stony Brook in 1990. Erin earned her law degree from New York Law School in 1993. Erin remained with our firm and since that time has worked in virtually every practice and administrative area of the firm. She has become expert in such areas as Workers' Compensation, Real Estate and Social Security Disability. She plays a vital role in firm management as well assisting the Managing Partner with overall firm operations.
Her expertise includes the areas of Workers' Compensation, Social Security Disability, personal injury and wills. She has tried hundreds of cases, handled thousands of hearings and scores of depositions over the years. Erin recognizes and values the importance of communication between attorney and client as well as attorney and law firm staff so that you are kept up-to-date on matters concerning your litigation.
Erin is an active part of the legal community and is a frequent lecturer on legal matters for professional and community organizations. She is a member of numerous legal associations, including:
