Kenneth H. Larkin, a former Administrative Law Judge, and former representive for the State Insurance Fund, first joined our firm as an associate in 1990. He then became a partner in anorther law firm specializing in defense work. Later he was a partner at a small disability law firm where he handled claimants' Workers' Compensation and Social Security Disability cases. He rejoined our firm in 2009. He is in charge of our NYC Worker's Compensation division. Ken also handles Social Security Disability cases.
