Firm participates in Navigator Program for New York State Public Employees Federation, Long Island Region.
On April 27th and April 28, Milan Rada, Richard Brandenstein and Vic Fusco, participated in the PEF Navigator Program. The Navigator Program was spearheaded by the NYS-AFL CIO to train union leaders and how to help their members access the benefits available through the Workers' Compensation system as well as the NYS Retirement System and the Social Security Administration. Other participants included three representatives from the State Insurance Fund (who are also members of PEF), Art Wilcox of the NYS AFL-CIO and Ed Ruff of the NYS Workers' Compensation Board, to name a few. Shawn Bobb of PEF coordinated the program.
