Lewis, Heiman and Fusco represent firm at Social Security Bar Association Testimonial Dinner in Honor of Judge John Noonan.

On May 18th FBR attorneys Bari Lewis, Aba Heiman and Vic Fusco joined other prominent Social Security Practitioners and Administrative Law Judges from Long Island, New York City and Upstate gathered to honor a very distinguished Administrative Law Judge, The Honorable John Noonan who presides in the Bronx Hearing Office. Judge Noonan has a long and distinguished career in public service beginning with his military service in the United States Army in World War II. The Judge’s reputation for fairness, his wonderful always cheerful demeanor, his quick wit and keen intelligence made this year’s annual event one of the best attended ever. There was standing-room only at the City Hall Restaurant on Duane Street in Lower Manhattan. The Judge and his beautiful wife have 10 children and many of them, together with friends of many years, joined the Social Security practitioners for what was truly a splendid evening for all who attended. Judge Noonan was presented with the Judge Lester Rosen Award for Outstanding Jurisprudence. He well deserved it.
