McCabe and Fusco Attend Legislative Meeting at Nassau County Bar Association.
On May 19th Erin McCabe and Vic Fusco attended a legislative session at the Nassau County Bar Association. Senators Dean Skelos, Kemp Hannon and Michael Balboni attended along with Assembly Members Hooper, Lavine and McDevitt. Fusco pressed for the legislators to do everything possible to move the Workers’ Comp Presumption Bill for 9-11 recovery and clean-up workers.
