Information day for Ground Zero and other WTC Responders.
The firm in conjunction with the Long Island –World Trade Center Medical Monitoring and Treatment Program (WTCMP) is conducting monthly Information days. An attorney will assist workers in completing and filing the WTC 12 affidavit, and workers who need to file claims NOW will be assisted in that regard as well. There is no charge and no obligation to retain the attorney. All WTC-12 forms must be filed by August 14th, 2007. All Pension Notices must be filed with NYC by June 13th and NY State by June 14th. The sessions are held on the second Wednesday of every month. Upcoming dates are April 11, May 9, June 13, July 11 and the final session will be on August 8. The firm is also participating in similar presentations at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City. A session will be held on March 22nd.
Free Medical Care for 9-11 Responders
The World Trade Center Medical Monitoring Program provides free, confidential medical monitoring examinations to workers and volunteers who responded to the September 11th attacks in New York City. For the next five years, responders who participate in the Monitoring Program will receive comprehensive and confidential medical examinations at regular intervals.
