Fusco is Presenter at “Workers' Compensation Fraud” Seminar

On March 12^th Victor Fusco served as a panelist at a well attended continuing legal education seminar conducted by the Nassau County Bar Association. In addition to preparing the materials for the program, Fusco prepared an up to the minute analysis of the new anti employer- fraud provisions in the recent 2007 Workers' Compensation legislation, that had been signed by the Governor that day. Other panelists included the Chief Fraud Investigator of the State Insurance Fund, Laurence Lapoint, Esq., Nassau Assistant District Attorney Robert Emmons, and Criminal Defense Attorney Anthony Collelouri. Amy  Hsu, Esq. moderated the panel.
