McCabe Presents Seminar on Changes to Workers' Compensation in NY

Erin McCabe was a co-presenter at an all day seminar entitled “Workers’ Compensation Update in New York” on July 25th at the Melville Marriot on behalf of Lorman Educational Services. Erin discussed the changes in the Workers’ Compensation law from the claimant’s attorney perspective while Richard Guttentag of the insurance defense firm of Cherry, Edson & Kelley presented the insurance carrier’s perspective. Up to seven hours of continuing professional education credits will be available.
