5K RUN FOR THE WARRIORS sponsored by “Hope for Warriors”
As many of you know, our managing partner Vic Fusco, is also well known as a musician and country singer. His Roadhouse Band (www.nynews.org/roadhouse) is one of Long Island’s top country western bands, and on many occasions he has found a way to combine his love of music with the work our firm does for deserving organizations. On April 25th Vic and the band, sponsored by Fusco, Brandenstein & Rada, P.C., headed down to Princeton, New Jersey to entertain the runners and veterans at the 5K RUN FOR THE WARRIORS sponsored by “Hope for Warriors” and organization that raises fund to assist wounded veterans of the Iraq and Afghanistan conflicts. Fusco is the father of an Iraq war veteran. His daughter is an Army officer and nurse. FBR and the Band first got involved with Hope for the Warriors last November when a similar run was held at Eisenhower Park in Nassau. Fusco worked with Jack Caffey III a business representative and John R. Durso, Union President of Local 338 RWDSU on this event.
