Ken Larkin, Esq rejoins Brandenstein & Rada, P.C.

Ken Larkin, Esq, recently rejoined Fusco, Brandenstein & Rada, P.C. after a 16 year hiatus. We are delighted to have him back. Ken is a former Administrative Judge of the Vermont Unemployment Insurance Board. He then practiced on both sides of the fence in the field of Workers Compensation for over 25 years. Ken is the brother of a New York City Firefighter and Ken has made it his mission to get involved in raising funds for the widows and children of firefighters killed in the line of duty. On March 28th, 2009 Ken single-handedly put together a very successful fundraiser at Mulcahy's in Wantagh, NY. Ken enlisted a number of bands to provide the entertainment: Puzzle (a band composed of active firefighters), the Sun Kings (lead by attorney Andy Goldberg) and our own Vic Fusco's Roadhouse Band. The event was a success thanks to the support of Ken's family, friends, fraternity brothers, firefighters and the Workers' Compensation community including claimants and insurance defense attorneys and their families, friends form the NYS Workers' Compensation Board, and a grant from Fusco, Brandenstein & Rada, P.C.
