Dick Brandenstein is a specialist in Administrative Law in the areas of New York State Workers' Compensation, New York State Disability, as well as workplace discrimination, general litigation, and the general practice of law, including matrimonial. He has extensive trial experience in many areas. In addition to his responsibilities of handling his own full case load, he supervises and trains many of the associate legal staff in our firm.
Dick conducts seminars on behalf of the National Business Institute, the Cornell University School of Labor, The Suffolk County Bar Association , Injury in the Workplace Annual Conference , and numerous medical, hospital and community groups in my areas of expertise. He has lectured extensively in the areas of Workers' Compensation Law, disability law, and the Americans with Disabilities Act . He conducts round table seminars for doctors and labor leaders in various areas of law. He is the past President of the Islip Town Lawyers' Association.
Dick has been actively engaged on a daily basis in the practice of law for more than thirty two years during which he has represented and advised thousands of clients in all types of matters. |
