Tom earned his master's degree in labor relations while working as a cable splicer and union organizer. That background makes him an excellent advocate for working people.
Tom is the managing partner of our Commack office on Long Island. Tom will meet with you, assess your case and advise you on the development of your case. He will work with you to make sure your questions are answered clearly and that your case is handled smoothly and effectively. He has successfully represented Workers' Compensation claimants at literally thousands of hearings over his career.
Tom is an active member of the legal community and is a member of many organizations reflecting his legal and local involvement, including:

Tom earned his law degree from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 1990 after earning his master's degree from the New York Institute of Technology in 1985 and his bachelor's degree in 1978 from Dowling College.
