Diandra N. Archibald, Esq.
Diandra N. Archibald, Esq. is an attorney in our Workers’ Compensation Department and one of the two attorneys specializing in Immigration at FBR. Diandra comes from a solid public interest background and has been advocating for the rights of others for over 10 years. Prior to joining the team, Diandra worked as the Executive Director for a non-profit organization; The Immigrants’ Journal Legal and Educational Fund Inc., where she advocated for immigrant rights and policy reform. Diandra also worked as branch secretary for the New York City Housing Authority Branch of the NAACP.
Before attending law school she worked as a paralegal on criminal cases, immigration matters and in small business solution; assisting with the creation of corporations, chambers of commerce, non-profits and associated legal matters.
Diandra attended Touro Law School where she was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and served as Public Relations Chair on the Executive Board of Touro’s Black Law Students Association 2016-2017. Professional memberships include the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Diandra is also registered with the EOIR and admitted to practice before the Immigration Court.
