Jared Rada, Lic. Rep

Jared Rada is a graduate of Hofstra University and works in the firm’s Social Security Department as a paralegal/licensed representative. He is qualified to handle Social Security Disability Insurance claims and Supplemental Security Income claims. Jared had to pass a very rigorous testing process to become a licensed representative.  He is a relatively newcomer to the firm, starting with us in 2010.

Jared brings a great deal of enthusiasm to his position and works very closely with the attorney to whom he is assigned, John Hewson, Esq. Jared works very closely with our Social Security clients, relying on his outstanding organizational, computer and interviewing skills.

Jared has also worked as a tennis professional, having served as Director of Tennis at multiple Long Island locations.  Jared has been involved in community affairs through the United States Tennis Association (USTA) by providing equal access to tennis by organizing large tennis clinics in public schools throughout Long Island.

Jared joined our firm in 2010 as a Social Security Disability paralegal.  Jared accelerated at a very fast pace learning all aspects of Social Security law.  Shortly after Jared joined the firm, he passed a federal exam allowing him to work at the firm as an Accredited Social Security Disability Claimants’ Representative.

As a Disability Advocate, Jared assists and guides his clients through the entire Social Security process, beginning with an initial consultation.   Should the client’s claim be denied, He will represent him or her at a hearing before an Administrative Law Judge. Jared has successfully resolved the majority of the cases assigned to him, and appealed the few that were denied.

Jared is hardworking, responsible and extremely reliable.  He takes as much time as required when dealing with all of his clients, showing his compassion and displaying the highest level of professionalism. Jared is actively involved with multiple support groups on Long Island where he gives educational presentations regarding the Social Security Disability benefit.
