Peter DiMarinis, Esq.
Before joining FBR, Peter worked for five years as a commercial litigator. His practice areas included complex commercial litigation, judgment enforcement, business transactions/formations and trademark filings along with other general practice areas.He currently works in our Worker's Compensation Department, serving as a strong advocate for hard working Americans. He is a frequent guest lecturer at local unions and medical organizations in the NY metropolitan area speaking on issues of claimant rights and remedies under the the Worker's Compensation Law.
Peter is a graduate of the Frank G. Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University where he was the recipient of the prestigious Scott Skodnek Merit Scholarship for Academic Excellence. A graduate of Touro Law School, he worked as a summer associate for the legal division of American Home Mortgage Investment Corp. During Law School, he also interned for the Touro Not-For-Profit Corporate Law Clinic providing free legal services for Long Island and New York City based non-profit organizations.Professional memberships include the American Bar Association, NY State Bar Association, New York County Bar Association and the NY Business Law Association. Peter is also licensed to practice in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
